I have naturally curly thick hair that’s light brown. Anytime I’ve ever used home color my hair turns red. I was bored and thought I’d try this. I did the strand test and it looked ok so went ahead and did the full highlight using the cap. Since my hair is so thick I pulled hair through every hole in cap. It did take a long time to do that and I’d highly recommend having help if you can. The strand test took about 30 minutes so I was shocked when the full highlight only took 20. I guess having my head wrapped in plastic held heat in and sped the process up. Anyway………I also took a couple of foil pieces and did some chunky sections right by my bangs in front for a nice pop of color up front. The color came out so nice and my hair feels very soft and not at all damaged. Which is suprising considering my hair has been colored a lot the last couple of years and was not in good condition in the first place. It is a bit of a warm blond, but not what I’d call brassy or red at all. It all blends in very naturally and really brightened up my hair. Hard to believe I got such great results from a box…..

Good product, I’ve used it many times. This seller ships fast but the box was broken and all boxes inside smashed.Probably should use different packaging.
